Good morning all! I am a student of Bob's. I have taken both his Washington DC and New York City licensing courses. I can heartily and vigorously recommend Bob's training! I have spent much time on various tours for several companies in both Washington and New York. I can say with complete honesty that I could not have conducted those tours with my current level of expertise and effectiveness without Bob's classes. Anyone can sit and learn the facts and figures sufficient to pass the licensing exams. BUT, the huge advantage to Bob's training is the getting out and walking around to become familiar with those cities. It's one thing, for example, to spout the lowdown, on, for example, the Merchant Marine Memorial in New York City. It's quite another thing to find it amongst the wealth of sites to explore in the City. That's just one example. Bob makes sure we not only learn about what's important, he makes sure you can find your way there. New York is huge and full of extraordinary sites. Bob makes sure it's managable, so that your guests will think you are an expert! His grid map of Washington is what I use when I first introduce my guests to Washington. It has burned an image of the layout of the City in my head, and I refer to it every time I tour there! I cannot say enough good things about how Bob's training has made me a better tour director. If you're considering his training, as in the famous Nike commercial, JUST DO IT! You'll be so glad you did!

Bob Brennan's courses in DC were excellent. In addition to getting very well prepared for the exam, the fam course gave me confidence that I could do a great tour. Even though I am a native of NYC, I plan to take both of Bob's courses in New York because of my experience with him in DC.

Bob's class couldn't have left me better prepared for the New York City sightseeing guide license exam. Out of 150 somewhat obscure questions about NYC I ended up getting 140 right. Just as importantly, through Bob's approach I've still retained all of that information long after the exam was over with. I can't imagine trying to do that on my own. I had similar results with his Washington, D.C. course. His tour guide classes for both cities are top notch as well. I felt ready to lead a tour almost immediately - and I could have!

I have to say that without Bob, without career! I moved here from another country with 0 knowledge about the US cities in 2007, and my poor English... Well, God sent me Bob, who helped me go through all the obstacles, drive away all the fog in my new life on this land, including my private confusions! I got both DC and NYC licenses by his happy training, and now i am happily working and living in the US! He is a person that I would never forget and always appreciate! How great he is? Talk to him!
